Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt (full-fat)
- 1/3 cup pistachios (shelled and unsalted)
- 1/4 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- A pinch of saffron strands (optional)
- A few drops rose water
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Whole or crushed pistachios and cardamom for garnish
Instructions
- Soak and blend pistachios with spinach, yogurt, cardamom, sweetener, and rose water
- Add saffron if used
- Blend with ice if desired
- Adjust flavors
