- 2 lemons, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 cup of freshly chopped coriander leaves
- 2 quarts of filtered water
- A pinch of sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Begin by gathering the ingredients: 2 lemons, 1/2 cup of freshly chopped coriander leaves, 2 quarts of filtered water, a pinch of sea salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Squeeze the juice from the two lemons into a large pitcher.
- Add the freshly chopped coriander leaves into the pitcher, and stir gently with a wooden spoon.
- Pour in the filtered water, and add the sea salt and black pepper
- Place the pitcher in the refrigerator, and allow the mixture to chill for at least an hour.
- Serve the Lemon & Coriander Detox Water over ice, and enjoy the freshness of nature's bounty.
