- • Salt and pepper to taste
- • Steamed rice or roti, for serving
Instructions
- Start by marinating the tempeh cubes in a mixture of tamarind paste, curry powder, garlic, and ginger
- In a large sauté pan, heat the oil over medium heat
- Add the onions, carrots, and bell peppers, stirring to combine
- Pour in the marinade and stir to combine
- Add the coconut milk and stir to combine
- Taste and adjust the seasoning, if desired.
- Serve over steamed rice or with roti.
