- Drain the grains and add them to a pot of boiling water
- Add the mango, chili pepper, and spices
- Once the mung sprouts, grains, and mango mixture are cooked, combine in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and enjoy.
