- 2 tablespoons of toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons of chopped scallions
- 1 tablespoon of toasted crushed nuts (such as almonds, pecans, or walnuts)
- 1 tablespoon of tamari
- 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of honey or agave
Instructions
- Start by heating the toasted sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Once hot, add the miso paste and stir until it is fully incorporated.
- Add the microgreens and stir until they are lightly wilted.
- Add the scallions, crushed nuts, tamari, rice vinegar, and honey or agave
- Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet with a lid.
- Allow the miso & microgreen mixture to simmer for 4-5 minutes or until the microgreens are soft and the flavors have fully melded.
- When done, remove the skillet from the heat and serve the melt.
