Instructions
- Begin by gathering your ingredients with mindfulness and appreciation
- Place the kasha grain into a bowl and pour boiling water over it
- Heat a large pot on medium-high heat
- Add the kasha and the diced kiwi to the pot and stir to mix.
- Pour in 4 cups of boiling water and add the Himalayan pink salt.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce the heat to low, and cover the pot.
- Simmer for 25 minutes.
- After 25 minutes, turn off the heat and let the pot sit for 10 minutes.
- When ready, use a large spoon to fluff the grains and mix in the kiwi.
