- In a medium-sized bowl, mix the teff flour, thyme, turmeric, and salt until fully combined.
- Create a well in the center of the flour mixture and pour in the olive oil and warm water.
- Using a wooden spoon, slowly incorporate the liquid ingredients into the flour until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough with your hands for about 5 minutes, until it forms a smooth ball.
- Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and, using a rolling pin, roll out the dough until it is about 1/8 inch thick.
- Grease a baking sheet with a light coating of oil and transfer the rolled-out dough to it.
- Bake the flatbread in a preheated oven at 400°F for 15 minutes.
- Remove the flatbread from the oven and enjoy the tranquility of its aroma as it fills the room.
