- In a separate pot, bring 1 cup of water to a boil, then add the peas
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to a 14-inch circle
- Spread the cooked pearl barley and peas evenly over the pizza dough
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden-brown and the toppings are cooked through.
- Slice the pizza and serve.
