  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed organic grapefruit juice
  • 1 tablespoon raw organic honey
  • 1/4 cup organic pistachios, chopped
  • 1/4 cup organic dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup organic dried apricots, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
  • Drain the soaked green wheat berries and place them in a medium-sized bowl
  • Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet
