- 1/2 cup organic green wheat berries, soaked overnight in filtered water
- 1/2 cup cooked organic white quinoa
- 1/2 cup cooked organic wild rice
- 1/4 cup toasted organic sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin cold-pressed olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt or Himalayan pink salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh organic thyme, chopped
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed organic grapefruit juice
- 1 tablespoon raw organic honey
- 1/4 cup organic pistachios, chopped
- 1/4 cup organic dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup organic dried apricots, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- Drain the soaked green wheat berries and place them in a medium-sized bowl
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet
- In a small saucepan, combine the grapefruit juice and honey
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the ingredients are lightly browned.
