  • 1/4 cup Goji Berries

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 cup of gram flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of ground cardamom
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of melted coconut oil and 1/2 cup of maple syrup.
  • Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until fully incorporated.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the dough onto the parchment paper and use your hands to roll into a large circle, about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Sprinkle 1/4 cup of goji berries on top of the circle.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
