- 1 cup Gram Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cardamom
- 1/2 cup Coconut Oil (melted)
- 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Goji Berries
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 cup of gram flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of ground cardamom
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of melted coconut oil and 1/2 cup of maple syrup.
- Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until fully incorporated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the dough onto the parchment paper and use your hands to roll into a large circle, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup of goji berries on top of the circle.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before slicing into wedges.
