- 1 Bulb Fennel, Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Fennel Seeds
- 4 Cups Vegetable Broth
- 1 Cup Farro
- 1/4 Cup Freshly Chopped Parsley
- 1/4 Cup Freshly Chopped Dill
- Fresh Dill Sprigs for Garnish
Instructions
- Begin by heating a large pot over medium heat
- Add the 1 bulb of fennel, chopped, and 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds
- Add the 4 cups of vegetable broth and 1 cup of farro
- Once the farro is cooked, add the 1/4 cup of freshly chopped parsley and 1/4 cup freshly chopped dill
- Serve in warmed soup bowls and garnish with a few sprigs of dill.
