- Peel and core the pears

- Add the cubed pears to the saucepan, stirring occasionally until they are well-coated and caramelized.
- Once the pears have finished caramelizing, transfer them to a blender or food processor.
- Add 1/2 cup of plain yogurt, 1/2 cup of milk, and 1 teaspoon of cardamom
- Serve the lassi chilled
