  • 1/2 cup of organic raw almonds, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of organic raw honey

Instructions

  • Begin by gathering all of the ingredients needed to make Blissful Besan Ladoo with Honey: 2 cups of besan flour, 1 cup of jaggery, 1 tablespoon of ghee, 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder, 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg powder, 1/4 cup of desiccated coconut, 1/2 cup of chopped almonds, and 1/4 cup of honey.
  • Start by heating the ghee in a heavy bottomed saucepan over medium heat.
  • Once the ghee has melted, add the besan flour and roast it until it becomes fragrant and turns a golden brown color, stirring continuously to avoid burning.
  • Once the besan flour is roasted, add the jaggery and stir until it has completely dissolved.
  • Next, add the cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, desiccated coconut, chopped almonds and mix until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
