- Begin by preheating your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together 2 cups of yellow cornmeal, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 2 teaspoons of sea salt, and 1 teaspoon of baking soda.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until everything is fully incorporated.
- Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 20 minutes.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
- Cut into 8 wedges and place on a baking sheet.
