- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Almond Meal
- 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 2 tablespoons Arrowroot Flour
Instructions
- Begin by gently heating a tablespoon of coconut oil in a wide skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the diced butternut squash and a pinch of sea salt, stirring occasionally until the squash is golden and softened.
- Add the sultanas and a teaspoon of cinnamon
- Remove the skillet from heat, and let the mixture cool slightly before transferring it into a medium-sized bowl.
- Add the almond meal, maple syrup, and arrowroot flour
- Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with a tablespoon of coconut oil.
- Transfer the squash and sultanas mixture evenly into the baking dish.
- Bake at 375F for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool
