Ingredients

Instructions
- Begin by prepping the ragi flour for the relish
- Take a medium-sized saucepan and add the raspberry preserves, sugar, and lemon juice
- Reduce the heat to low and add the ragi paste
- Simmer the mixture for 10 minutes until it begins to thicken, stirring occasionally.
- Once thickened, remove from heat and transfer to a serving bowl
- While the relish cools, begin preparing the tea
- Strain the tea into a cup, discarding the tea leaves.
- Serve the tea with the raspberry and ragi relish.
