Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- In a medium bowl, combine 1 ½ cups of mashed sweet potato, 1/3 cup of maple syrup, 1/3 cup of melted coconut oil, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- In a separate bowl, mix 1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
