Instructions

- Evenly sprinkle coconut sugar or brown sugar over the top.
- Bake:

- Prepare the Pear Sauce:
- In a saucepan, combine the chopped pears, water, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of cardamom.
- Simmer over medium heat until the pears are soft and the sauce has thickened slightly, about 15-20 minutes.
