- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dried amla berries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (176 degrees C).
- Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine 1 cup of almond flour, 1/4 cup of coconut flour, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon of cardamom.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of melted coconut oil, 1/2 cup of maple syrup, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
- Fold in 1/2 cup of dried amla berries.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
