- 2 cups walnuts
- 2 tablespoons white tea
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
Instructions
- Begin by gently heating the walnuts in a skillet over medium-low heat
- Carefully remove the walnuts from the skillet and transfer them to a bowl to cool.
- Place the cooled walnuts in a food processor and pulse until they are finely ground.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the white tea, almond flour, and ground walnuts until the ingredients are well combined.
- Add the butter to the dry ingredients and mix with your hands until the mixture forms a thick dough.
- Once the dough is formed, divide it into 12 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
- Place the balls of dough on an ungreased baking sheet, lightly press down on each one with the palm of your hand, and set aside.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- When the oven is hot, bake the wafers for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
- Let the wafers cool before serving.
