  • 2 tablespoons of organic poppy seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the cooked basmati rice, cooked broccoli, red onion, olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper
