- 2 cups fresh blackberries
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1/2 cup fresh sage leaves
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup coconut milk
Instructions
- Begin your culinary journey with fresh, ripe blackberries
- Place the berries into a blender and add a cup of cold water
- Place a medium saucepan over medium heat and add a teaspoon of coconut oil.
- Add a handful of fresh sage leaves and two tablespoons of honey
- Add the blended blackberries to the saucepan and stir until fully incorporated
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow the blackberry and sage mixture to cool.
- Once the mixture has cooled, add it to a blender with a cup of coconut milk and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the lassi into two glasses and garnish with fresh blackberries
