Instructions

  • Begin your journey by gathering your ingredients: 1 head of cauliflower, 2 medium carrots, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 4 cups of vegetable broth, and 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • Preheat a large pot over medium heat

  • Add the garlic and cumin and stir for another minute
