Instructions

- Pit and chop 1 cup of fresh cherries, ensuring all stems and pits are completely removed.
- In a medium bowl, mix the softened grains with 1/2 cup of freshly ground rye or buckwheat flour to add texture and depth to the muesli.
- Gently fold in the chopped cherries into the grain mixture, distributing them evenly throughout.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup of strained homemade yogurt or coconut yogurt with 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and the zest of half a lemon until completely smooth to create the cheesecake flavor base.
