Ingredients
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chestnut puree
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- To prepare the base, combine ½ cup of melted butter with 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
- Place the pan on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix together 1 cup of bittersweet chocolate chips, ½ cup of chestnut puree, ¼ cup of sugar, 1 large egg, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and ¼ teaspoon of salt.
- Carefully pour the mixture into the tart pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is still slightly jiggly.
- Let cool before serving.
