Instructions
- Rinse the peaches, then cut them into wedges.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium-high heat.
- Reduce the heat to low and continue to simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and let cool for 10 minutes.
- Transfer the peach mixture to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Pour the puree into a shallow container and freeze for 2 hours.
- Use a fork to scrape the frozen peach sorbet as it forms.
- Serve the sorbet chilled and enjoy your sweet and spiced creation.
