- 1 cup of almond milk (unsweetened)
Instructions
- Begin by gathering your ingredients: 1 cup of toasted walnuts, 1 cup of wheatberries, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1 cup of almond milk.
- Toast the walnuts in a skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Transfer the walnuts to a bowl and set aside.
- Add the wheatberries to the skillet and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the almond milk, honey, and cinnamon to the skillet and continue to cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and add the toasted walnuts.
- Stir until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
