Instructions
- Toast the sourdough slices until golden and crispy.
- In a saucepan, heat coconut milk with agar-agar, stirring until dissolved.
- Add jaggery or maple syrup and a pinch of salt, simmering until thickened.
- Remove from heat, add vanilla, and whip until fluffy.
- Toast coconut flakes in a dry pan until golden.
- Top each toast slice with a generous amount of marshmallow fluff.
- Garnish with toasted coconut flakes.
