- 1 teaspoon Madagascar vanilla extract
- A pinch of Himalayan pink salt
- Zest of one organic lemon
- 1/4 cup goji berries for added sweetness and texture

Instructions
Preparation:

- Toast the almonds and cashews in a dry skillet until fragrant, then chop them.
Dry Ingredients Mix:
- Combine the toasted oats, nuts, pre-soaked chia seeds, ground flaxseed, and toasted coconut flakes in a large bowl.
