Instructions
- Begin by gathering your ingredients: 2 ears of fresh corn, 1 large potato, 2 tablespoons of butter, 1 cup of vegetable broth, 1 teaspoon of sea salt, 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper, and 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley.
- Start by removing the kernels from the corn cob
- Peel and dice the potato into small cubes.
