- 1/2 cup of freshly-toasted pecans
- 1/4 cup of 100% pure maple syrup
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Begin by gathering your ingredients
- Toast your pecans in a dry skillet over low-medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fragrant and lightly browned.
- Place oats, milk, maple syrup, and salt into a medium saucepan and bring to a low simmer over medium-low heat
- Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 minutes until oats are creamy and soft.
- To serve, divide the porridge into 2 bowls and top with toasted pecans
