Instructions
- Begin by heating the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the Earl Grey tea leaves to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes, stirring often.
- Add the edamame beans, cumin, coriander, turmeric, ginger, and black pepper to the skillet
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the edamame beans are tender.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and season with salt to taste.
- Place a wonton wrapper on a clean work surface and spoon two tablespoons of the edamame mixture onto the center.
- Moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper with water and fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle
- Repeat until all of the edamame mixture has been used.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add enough oil to cover the bottom of the skillet.
- Working in batches, add the samosas to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown
- Remove the samosas from the skillet and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
