Ingredients
- 1 cup ripe mango (pureed)
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (full-fat)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- A pinch of ground cardamom
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Mango cubes and a sprig of mint for garnish
Instructions
- Puree mango and sweeten if needed
- Whisk coconut cream with yogurt and cardamom
- Blend with ice if cold lassi desired
- Layer mango puree and coconut-yogurt in a glass
