Ingredients
For the Oat Clusters:
- 2 cups organic rolled oats
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried mango finely chopped
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- A pinch of Himalayan pink salt
Instructions
Preheat Oven and Prepare Oat Clusters:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, cardamom, and a pinch of salt. Pour over the oat mixture and mix well.
Bake Oat Clusters:
- Spread the oat mixture onto the baking sheet, clumping it together slightly to form clusters.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crisp. Let it cool.
- Prepare Mini Mango-Yogurt Kisses:
- Transfer the mixture into a small piping bag or a zip-lock bag with a tiny corner snipped off.
Pipe Mini Kisses:
- Pipe small dollops (kisses) of the mango-yogurt mixture onto a parchment-lined tray.
- Freeze until the kisses are firm.
Assemble the Cereal:
- Once the oat clusters and mango-yogurt kisses are ready, gently mix them in a large bowl or layer them in serving bowls.
