Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup freshly chopped marigold petals
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 teaspoons Majestic Masala chai

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • In one bowl, sift together 1 cup of all-purpose flour, ¼ teaspoon of baking powder, and ¼ teaspoon of baking soda.
  • In a separate bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil, ¼ cup of honey, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and stir until thoroughly mixed.
  • Carefully fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  • Gently fold in ½ cup of freshly chopped marigold petals
  • Grease a muffin tin with coconut oil.
  • Divide the batter between the muffin tin slots.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
  • In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  • Add 4 teaspoons of Majestic Masala chai, stirring constantly.
