Ingredients
- 2 cups aged Basmati rice
- 3 cups filtered water
- 1/2 cup muesli
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- Organic extra-virgin coconut oil (optional)
- Fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables (optional)
Instructions
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
- Add 1/2 cup of muesli, 2 tablespoons of mint leaves, and 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
- Continue to simmer over low heat for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove the pot from the heat and let the mixture sit, covered, for 5 minutes.
- Fluff the muesli, mint & aged basmati with a fork and serve warm.
