The sweet and tart flavor of Mellow Montgomery Marmalade Tart is a reminder of the duality of life. Its origin dates back to the 1800s, when marmalade was first created as a way to preserve the sweetness of oranges throughout the winter. As you savor this tart, take a moment to appreciate the bounty of nature and the beauty of life's contrasts. Eating with awareness and intention can help promote a sattvic lifestyle, allowing you to experience the fullness of life with equanimity and joy.
