Instructions
Preheat Oven and Prepare Dough:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together rolled oats, almond flour, finely chopped raisins, coconut sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and pink salt.
Combine Wet Ingredients:
- In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter (or coconut oil), maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir to form a dough. If the mixture is too dry, add a little almond milk to adjust the consistency.
Form Cereal Pieces:
- Roll the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Use a small cookie cutter or knife to cut the dough into miniature cookie shapes.
Bake the Cereal:
