  • Gather the ingredients: 4 pears, 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 cups of whole milk, 1/4 cup of melted butter, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of nutmeg
  • Peel the pears and core them
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, and eggs
  • Gradually add the milk while continuing to whisk until a smooth batter forms.
  • Add the melted butter and the vanilla extract and whisk until fully incorporated.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter
  • Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet and tilt the skillet to spread the batter evenly.
  • Sprinkle the pear cubes over the batter
  • Cook for 2 minutes until the edges of the crepe are golden.
  • Flip the crepe and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  • Transfer the crepe to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
  • Serve the crepes warm with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a drizzle of honey
