- 1 cup brewed herbal tea (hibiscus or rosehip)
- cooled
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup or raw honey
- A few drops of rose water (optional)
- Ice cubes (as needed)
- Edible flowers and raspberries for garnish
Instructions
- Brew the herbal tea and let it cool completely
- In a blender, combine the fresh raspberries and banana
- Add the cooled herbal tea, coconut yogurt, and agave syrup or honey
- For an extra floral note, add a few drops of rose water
- Blend until smooth
- Add ice cubes to achieve desired consistency
