- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, whisk together 1¼ cups of rice flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix together until the dough comes together.
- Turn out onto a floured work surface and knead for 2-3 minutes.
- Grease a baking sheet with oil and press the dough onto the sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until the flatbread turns golden-brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
