Ingredients

  • • 1¼ cups organic brown rice flour
  • • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • • 1 cup warm water

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a bowl, whisk together 1¼ cups of rice flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary.
  • In a separate bowl, stir together ½ teaspoon of sea salt, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and 1 cup of warm water.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix together until the dough comes together.
  • Turn out onto a floured work surface and knead for 2-3 minutes.
  • Grease a baking sheet with oil and press the dough onto the sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, or until the flatbread turns golden-brown.
