Ingredients
- Organic Rye Bread
- Organic Mixed Seasonal Vegetables (e.g. bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, etc.)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Himalayan Pink Salt

Instructions
- Begin your journey of mindful culinary craftsmanship by gathering your ingredients: rye bread, vegetables of your choice (such as peppers, onions, tomatoes, etc.), olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Prepare your vegetables by washing and slicing them into thin strips.
- Heat a large pan over medium heat and add olive oil
- Cook the vegetables for 4-5 minutes or until they are tender.
- Heat a separate pan over medium-high heat.
- Place the rye bread slices in the pan and let them cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown.
- Once the bread and vegetables are done, assemble the panini by layering the vegetables on one slice of rye bread and topping it with the other slice.
