- In a medium bowl, combine 2 cups rolled oats, 1/4 cup coconut flakes, 1/4 cup slivered almonds, and 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup maple syrup, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and 1 teaspoon of chai spice mix.
- Pour the chai-maple syrup mixture over the oat mixture and stir until evenly coated.
- Spread the oat mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
