- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 3/4 cup cold, unsalted butter, cut into cubes
- 3/4 cup filtered water
- 1/2 cup fresh, crumbled feta cheese
- 2 cups baby spinach, finely chopped and lightly sautéed
Instructions
- Begin by gathering the ingredients
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut the cold butter into the dry ingredients using your fingertips until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

- Roll the dough up into a log, seal the edges, and cut into 8 equal pieces.
- Place the pastries onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow the pastries to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
