- 1/2 cup crumbled organic feta cheese
- 1/2 cup organic ricotta cheese
- Himalayan pink salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat and cook the pasta shells until al dente, about 8-10 minutes
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- Add the spinach and cook until heated through, about 1 minute
- Spoon the spinach mixture into the cooked pasta shells, filling each shell with the mixture.
- Place the shells in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and bake in preheated oven until golden and bubbly, about 25-30 minutes.
