Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup of raw, unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1 cup organic jaggery
- 1 pinch of Himalayan pink salt
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon of ground cardamom
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds, 1/4 cup of jaggery, and a pinch of sea salt.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat
- Add the sunflower seed and jaggery mixture to the skillet
- Remove from heat and transfer the mixture to a bowl
- Once cool, use your hands to form the mixture into 12 equal-sized balls
- Place each ball on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Place the tray in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
- Enjoy your sunflower seed and jaggery energy bites.
