Ingredients
- 1 cup organic raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup organic raisins
- 2 tablespoonsorganic coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon organic ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon organic ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon organic sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
- Spread one cup of raw pumpkin seeds on a baking sheet, and toast for 10-15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Transfer the toasted pumpkin seeds to a medium bowl and add one cup of raisins.
- In a small bowl, combine two tablespoons of melted coconut oil, one teaspoon of ground cinnamon, one teaspoon of ground ginger, and one teaspoon of sea salt.
- Drizzle the spice mixture over the pumpkin seed and raisin mixture, and gently mix with a spoon until evenly coated.
- Spread the pumpkin seed and raisin mix onto the baking sheet, and bake for 10-12 minutes until just lightly toasted.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let cool
