Ingredients
- 1 cup organic cashews
- 1 cup organic blanched almonds
- 1 cup organic macadamia nuts
- For Turquoise hue: 1 tsp spirulina powder and a pinch of butterfly pea flower powder
- For Yellow hue: 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- For Metallic Rose Gold hue: 1 tsp beetroot powder and rose gold edible luster dust such as "Roxy & Rich Edible Hybrid Sparkle Dust" in Rose Gold
- Edible holographic glitter such as "Fancy Sprinkles Prism Powder" holographic dust
- Himalayan pink salt to taste
- Optional: Edible gold or silver leaf for garnish
Instructions
Preparation of Nuts:
- Soak the cashews, almonds, and macadamia nuts in separate bowls of water overnight.
- Drain and rinse the nuts thoroughly.
Nut Butter Base:
- Process the soaked nuts in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
- If needed, add a small amount of warm water or organic coconut oil for consistency.
Color Division & Enhancement:
- Divide the nut butter into separate bowls for each color.
Adding Sparkle:
- Incorporate a small amount of edible holographic glitter and luster dust into the turquoise and yellow portions to give them a magical shimmer.
Swirling Technique:
- Carefully fold the colored nut butters into one another to create a marbled effect with distinct swirls of turquoise, yellow, and metallic rose gold.
Garnishing:
- If desired, apply small pieces of edible gold or silver leaf sparingly on the surface of the butter for a luxurious look.
Storage:
