  • 3 tablespoons (45ml) of milk
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) of vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons (25g) of sugar
  • ½ cup (60g) of all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons (25g) of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons (45g) of cold butter, cubed
  • Fresh seasonal berries of your choice

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease a mini-muffin tin with butter or olive oil.
  • Make the base: In a medium bowl, whisk together ½ cup (60g) of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons (25g) of sugar, and a pinch of salt
