- 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped chives
- 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped parsley
Instructions
- Wash the watercress under cold running water and trim the ends off the stems.
- Gently pat the watercress dry with a clean kitchen towel.
- Roll up the watercress into neat pinwheels and arrange them on a cutting board.
- Drizzle the pinwheels with the olive oil, and season with the pepper and salt.
- Enjoy the aroma of the seasonings as they blend with the freshness of the watercress.
- Carefully cut the pinwheels into thin slices.
- Place the slices onto a serving platter.
